Our Promise

We prioritize transparency: every donation goes directly to the event and community, so you can see exactly how funds are used.

Right now, we have $500 in the bank to cover signage, logistics, and marketing. We’re asking each vendor to contribute $25 to help cover the $200 porta-potty rental, so everyone has a comfortable, accessible experience.

We want this to be a people-powered event; every purchase will be made locally, supporting our community (no Amazon, no big-box ordering).

How Your Donations Work

We use a layered system, so every dollar is intentional. Once a layer is fully funded, we move to the next.

• Layer 2: Cover the Event Space – giving back to the venue for their time and resources.
• Layer 3: Reimburse Vendors – helping them share their work without financial strain.
