We’re not charging vendors or participants; the gathering is fully donation-based.
How Your Donations Work
We use a layered funding system, so every dollar is intentional. Once one layer is fully funded, we move to the next:
- Layer 1: Pay the Artists – Honor the musicians and makers who bring it to life.
- Layer 2: Cover the Space – Support the venue and event costs.
- Layer 3: Support Our Partners – Share funds with collaborating orgs.
- Layer 4: Thank Our Helpers – Gift volunteers with local love.
- Layer 5: Build for the Future – Roll extra into the next gathering.

We’ll share a live budget tracker before, during, and after the event, and anyone can see the full numbers.
